I have enabled the dynamic sharding on hibernate seach that read the right tenant and it writes the appropriate file index

Right, that should work. Davide was describing what kind of issues you'd have without enabling sharding. Good warning for other users ;)

We'll work on better integration now.

Hello Darioc,

Did you make Custom/dynamic ShardIdentifier implementation tenant-id aware? If yes, could you please briefly elaborate the same?

Thanks.

No, I'm sorry. It's not compliant with tenant-id.
I use a workaround in the web application: before I save into database the object I fix the correct value of the shard index in a "Transient" property of the object; the custom ShardIdentifier resolver use this value to write and read the correct index.

Hi,
we just published a version which supports proper integration with Hibernate ORM's multi-tenancy features:

Oh it's great!

For the project I'm working I have applied a workaround also for using the native lucene "facet" engine.
So I'll wait for a stable release of hibernate search before to integrate and test all new features.

Thanks
Dario
