Hi guys, I am trying to run a very simple query using Hibernate NamedQuery and MongoDB. However when I am trying to add ENUM field into the WHERE condition it throws an exception below. Without enum in WHERE condition works as expected

Code:

Hi,

Many thanks for giving Hibernate OGM/MongoDB a spin and sharing your experiences. All these reports are very valuable feedback to us. That being said, you've hit a bug in the MongoDB dialect apparently. I've created https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/OGM-597 to track it.

As a workaround you might convert the enum value yourself into the appropriate type prior to passing it as parameter by invoking provider.name() or provider.ordinal() (depending on your @Enumerated setting).

Hth,
