 Post subject: Collection mapping that supports both an index AND an id

I'm using Hibernate to access tables created by a proprietary ORM system, and the problem I'm having is that this system generates collection relation tables that have both an ID column AND a list index column. In Hibernate, it appears that <list> supports a <list-index>, and <idbag> supports <collection-id>, but is there a mapping that supports both at the same time?
