Hi,

I'm trying to add an Oracle TimesTen dialect to a version of Hibernate bundled with the www.LifeRay.com portal.

According to http://www.oracle.com/technology/produc ... appsrv.pdf I need a dialect .java file which I have and I need to make changes to hibernate.properties or hibernate.cfg.xml

However with this installation of Hibernate neither of these files exist.
I have a hibernate3.jar under ../WEB-INF/lib then various hibernate-spring.xml files under /WEB-INF/..

How do I tell Hibernate about the TimesTen dialect in this case?

Thanks for all your help.

Tim

BTW This is the error message I'm getting:
[#|2010-04-27T15:14:46.843+0100|INFO|sun-appserver2.1|javax.enterprise.system.stream.out|_ThreadID=16;_ThreadName=pool-1-thread-9;|15:14:46,843 ERROR [DialectDetector:114] org.hibernate.HibernateException: Hibernate Dialect must be explicitly set for database: TimesTen
