[net.sf.ehcache.config.Configurator] No configuration found. Configuring ehcache from ehcache-failsafe.xml found in the classpath

[org.hibernate.util.JDBCExceptionReporter] The TCP/IP connection to the host has failed. java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

Could any one please help me on this?
